3. REVISIONS

We offer unlimited revisions on delivered work as long as revision requests are made within 7 days of delivery.
In special cases, revision requests may be accepted within 14 days.

Revision turnaround times are based on project urgency:

Orders up to 24 hours urgency: 24-hour revision time
Orders between 24–48 hours urgency: 48-hour revision time
Orders 48 hours and above: 72-hour revision time

Revisions will be processed according to the urgency selected at the time of order.

4. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

All project requirements will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before the start of the project.
Any disputes regarding service levels will be addressed based on:

5. REFUND POLICY

You may request a full refund before work has begun on your project.
If work has already started, we will process a refund after deducting applicable transaction fees.

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

Limited-time promotions
Discounted sign-ups

If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you may request a refund within 5 days of order completion.
A partial refund may be issued if The Authors Bay is unable to fulfill service requirements even after unlimited revisions.

If no refund request is received within 5 days of delivery, satisfaction will be assumed by both parties.
